We do not base our classes on fitness levels. We are a non-competitive cycle studio. Our instructors encourage you to push beyond your comfort zone. We do not have monitors on the bike or in studio showcasing your rank in class. We want you to experience indoor cycling how it was designed to be and have FUN.
Our strength classes are also designed for all fitness levels. The strength classes are limited to 6 clients max for a semi private experience.

You do not need cycle shoes. Our bikes accommodate SPD clips and cages for your sneakers. We do encourage you to purchase cycle shoes for better form and muscle engagement. We also have TIEM cycle shoes for sale.

In the 45 minute cycle classes you will burn between 400-1,200 calories. This rage is based on many factors. If you have any medical concerns please consult your doctor for clearance and inform your instructor before class.

You will want to bring water, a towel, comfortable sneakers (required for strength classes) or cycle shoes. Proper attire will included comfortable lightweight clothing that you don’t mind sweating in. It’s recommended to stay away from heavy fabrics.
